Admission Process

  • Admission to all classes is done on the basis of an interview and entrance examination.
  • Registration for admission is to be done at the time notified every year.
  • Students seeking admission to all classes are to sit for an admission test on a date fixed by the school.
  • Parents/guardians should take care to fill in the correct date of birth of the child in the application form. NO SUBSEQUENT CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED.
  • Application for fresh admission should be accompanied by the Municipality Birth Certificate. The date of birth once entered in the Admission form/register can not be changed.
  • Admission will be strictly on merits of the candidates and subject to the number of seats available in each class.
  • Transfer certificates of the students migrating from other schools should be counter signed by the competent authorities of respective Boards to which the school is affiliated.

Withdrawal Process

  • A month's notice in writting is required before a student can be withdrawn, otherwise the fee for the current Quater will be charged. No pass certificate will be issued to any student who leaves the institution before the end of the session.
  • The TC and Date of Birth Certificate shall be given only to Parents/guardians of the child after three days from the date of receipt of application. The application for TC should be duly signed by the parents, should be submitted along with the prescribed fees.
  • No School leaving certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been cleared.
  • Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than two weeks renders a pupil liable to dismissal.
  • The Principal reserves the right to dismiss students who fail to make satisfactory progress in their studies or whose conduct is in any way dertrimental to the discipline of the institution
  • The Principal may request the parents to withdraw those children in case they do not fit in with the regulations of the school or are not capable of any improvement or the parents themselves do not cooperate with the school authority.
  • For immorality or insubordination, a student may be dismissed without prior notice to the parents.
