The Purpose of Math Club is to develop students’ level of Math skills and knowledge by using games, activities, and mock competitions. It will support classroom learning, enrich their skills with higher order thinking, and prepare for future Math Competitions.

Department of physics has a well-furnished and scientifically equipped lab. "Excellence through practical reasoning" is the sole motto of our school. With the rapid growth of science and technology practicality is of the essence. Starting from diffraction to Archimedes principal all experiments are conducted with at most clarity and perfection. Models and experiments regarding science exhibition or national level competition are encouraged and implemented.
Nature is a very diverse subject and it takes ages to master it. Dissection and observation of plants and microorganism is of at most importance. A variety of microscope and other facilities are made available to student.
The Chemistry Department of St John's School is dedicated toward destroying mental barrier, which many students have toward chemistry as a subject. Since the inception of school, it's been there, and stood long and strong. The Department not only educates but encourages, initiate, motivate and guide student in achieving both personally and academically.
